JAMES SPENCE

James Spence is the founder and managing director of JDM SPENCE sarl.

Born on the Isle of Wight, in England, James has been living in France for over 30 years and is perfectly bilingual et bicultural. (English-French)

Having studied Engineering at Southampton University, in England and then Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, in France, he went on to gain invaluable experience of the construction industry in France, working over ten years, with Eiffage then Bouygues, first in structural design and subsequently managing construction works.

He complimented this with a diploma in expertise & property administration at the Institut d'Etudes Ecomoniques et Juridiques appliquées à la Construction et à l'Habitation (ICH), in France.

James created the Company in 1998, to offer Project Management services, aimed at projects demanding the highest level of construction quality and expert management of building costs and schedule..
